Ava Apart Hotel is our newest location, opened in the summer of 2021. It was our desire to welcome the tourists who spend more time in Timisoara and need more space to have a good time. Ava Apart Hotel is composed from 18 fully furnished penthouses, apartments and studios. They are all fully equipped, so that the tourists who cross our threshold could feel at home. As you know us already, we only work with a professional team who managed to create a comfortable, luxury and silent place.

Ava Apart Hotel is situated no further than 3 km from downtown and has 2 penthouses, 12 apartaments and 4 studios. They are all fully equiped and furnished, they have parking lots and video surveillance in a 5 level building. For an easy acces to the apartaments, you can use the elevator.

The penthouse is structured like this: master bedroom, living, terrace, kitchen, bathroom, AC, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, microwave, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker, flatiron, ironing board, towels, hair dryer.

The apartament are structured as follows: master bedroom, open space plan, living and kitchen(dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, electric stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, flatiron, crockery and cutlery), bathroom, AC, Wi-Fi, terrace.
